Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via the online shop: 

• When products are placed in the online shop, Surface Vessel (the seller) is submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items for you (the consumer). 
• You can initially place items in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
• The contract or order is concluded and binding once you have clicked 'Complete Your Order'.
• In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also apply.
• Surface Vessel offers worldwide insured delivery by mail, local delivery within 40Km of Hudson QC (J0P 1H0), and pick-up at the studio.
• Payment is accepted by all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, or e-transfer or cash(studio pick-up or local delivery only).

 Exchanges:

• You have the right to exchange the goods within 7 days from the date of delivery (whereby you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the goods) for another piece of relative or equal value, to be agreed-upon by Surface Vessel and yourself. 
• You must inform Surface Vessel by means of clear declaration of your decision to exchange the goods along with the reason for exchange.
• Surface Vessel does not offer refunds or straight returns to help protect against any unnecessary wear of the goods post-delivery.
